Refund policy

Refunds for Digital Products

To ensure satisfaction, we provide free experience previews on our homepage. Please review these samples before purchasing, as all digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the Road to Liberty digital albums are final. Once the digital files have been delivered via email or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital album more than once, please contact us within 48 hours with your order numbers for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Technical Issues: If you experience any issues downloading or playing your files, please reach out to headquarters@roadtoliberty.com. We will provide a replacement link or file. If we are unable to resolve the technical defect, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Downloaded Orders: Refunds may be requested for orders where the download link has not been accessed or "opened" in our system.
